The location is fantastic, close to a large public park, and the rooms have spacious windows.

We did not want to leave there and would stay again. Wonderful hotel and the location was great to listen to the ocean. the property was very close to the beach, restaurants, Robben Island, Cape Town, and good places to visit.

I booked brilliant and clean room with big windows. The location of this hotel just next door to the Bay, a hill close to the seaside and nice beach areas and restaurants was marvellous. It also was enough to be able to listen to the ocean.

our stay at the guest house was absolutely amazing. the pool suite was stunning, clean and had a beautiful view. the owner, brian, was so kind and helpful, and his breakfast was the best. we can't wait to come back again.

This place is wonderfully located near the beach, even better than we've experienced before, and we enjoyed dining at Southpole pizzeria nearby.

The guest house was brilliant and immaculate. the room with a mini fridge bar, climate control, and an individual safe was useful. - the location on a hill close to the seaside was great and incredible. - Being next door to shops, restaurants, and the town center was convenient.

This was our second stay at this lovely welcoming guest house. The cooked-to-order breakfast was fabulous, and some rooms offer stunning views. It's just a short walk to the beach and some great restaurants. Brian and the team are amazing, always making us feel at home. The fresh hand-made juices are to die for, the best we've had anywhere. We will definitely stay again when next in CPT.

The location was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking beach views and vistas of iconic landmarks. We were also impressed by the facilities, which were modern and well-maintained. The room we stayed in had beautiful finishes and provided us with amazing views of the surroundings.

The staff seemed disengaged and lacked attention to detail. We had some issues with our room, but the staff did not handle them efficiently or with a sense of urgency.
